This Privacy Policy explains how FlyUp4You may collect, use, store and protect personal data when users access the website, create an account, purchase credits or request AI-assisted travel reports.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the FlyUp4You website operator. The legal identity, address and status must be completed in the Legal Notice before public commercial launch. Contact: contact@flyup4you.com.
2. Data collected
FlyUp4You may process account data, contact details, language preference, login data, credit balance, order history, payment references, support messages, travel preferences, report requests, generated reports, technical logs and security data.
3. Travel and AI data
To generate a report or inspiration, the user may provide destination, dates, number of travelers, budget, pace, interests, mobility constraints, accommodation details, airport or arrival information and desired report language. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive data.
4. Purposes
Data is used to create and manage accounts, provide AI services, save trips, calculate and debit credits, process payments, provide support, secure the platform, prevent abuse, improve the service and meet legal obligations.
5. Legal bases
Processing may be based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and consent where required, for example for optional cookies or optional marketing.
6. Service providers

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the account, services, support, payment proof, security and legal obligations. Generated reports may remain available in the user account until deletion, account closure or another retention rule displayed on the website.

10. Security
FlyUp4You uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts, credits, payments and reports. No online platform can guarantee zero risk.

Users may contact FlyUp4You first. They may also contact the competent data protection authority if they believe their data rights are not respected.
