These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FlyUp4You website, customer account, AI travel tools, manual planner, travel budget tool and any related digital features.
1. Purpose of the website
FlyUp4You is an AI-assisted travel preparation platform. It helps users structure travel ideas, compare possible travel styles, prepare itineraries, estimate budgets and save travel-related documents in their account.
2. No travel agency role
FlyUp4You is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking intermediary, airline, hotel provider, insurer or official authority. The platform does not sell flights, hotels, visas, insurance, transport, restaurants or external activities directly.
3. User account
Some features require an account. The user must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and immediately notify FlyUp4You if unauthorized access is suspected.
4. Acceptable use
The user must use the website lawfully and reasonably. It is prohibited to disrupt the platform, bypass payment, exploit bugs, use abusive automation, extract data massively, attempt to modify credits, impersonate another person or access another user’s account or reports.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated reports and inspirations are decision-support and preparation aids. They are intended to provide a clearer, structured and practical view of a destination. They are not official advice and must not be treated as guaranteed information.
6. User verification duty
The user must verify important information before any booking, external payment or departure, including prices, opening hours, availability, transport schedules, visa requirements, safety, weather, local rules, addresses and entry conditions.
7. User-provided information
The quality of the result depends on the information entered by the user. Incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information may lead to a less relevant report. The user is responsible for checking the request before confirming it.
8. Manual editing
When the user edits a generated report manually, FlyUp4You is no longer responsible for the consistency, accuracy or quality of the edited version. The user must review any modified version before using, exporting or sharing it.
9. Account suspension
FlyUp4You may suspend or restrict access to an account in case of fraud, abuse, attempted technical circumvention, security risk, non-payment, chargeback abuse or serious breach of these Terms of Use.
10. Intellectual property
The website structure, interface, texts, templates, report formats, design elements, brand elements and technical features are protected. The user receives a personal right to use reports generated for their own travel preparation. Commercial resale, systematic copying or creation of a competing service from FlyUp4You content is prohibited without written authorization.
11. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, payment, AI, mapping, analytics, travel platforms or external booking providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies.
12. Availability
FlyUp4You aims to keep the website available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, external providers, cybersecurity incidents or force majeure.
